Your tasks belong to you. Eerst helps you choose what comes first, without an account or tracking tools.
CSV backups you choose to save
You can export your tasks to a readable, unencrypted CSV file and import it again. You choose where to save or share that file, for example on your device or with a cloud storage provider. Eerst does not send your backup to us. Any service you choose handles the file under its own privacy policy. Deleting tasks in Eerst does not delete copies you exported; manage those copies yourself.
Your tasks stay on your device
Tasks, notes, deadlines, repeats and your language preference are stored on your device. Eerst does not send this information to us. We cannot read or recover your tasks. The app works offline and does not sync between devices.
No advertising or tracking
We do not include advertising, tracking tools or our own usage analytics in Eerst. We do not create user profiles or sell personal information.
Deleting data and backups
You can delete tasks in the app. Deleting the app completely removes its local data; offloading it may keep that data. On iPhone, Eerst excludes its local task storage from device backups. To keep a backup of your tasks, use the manual CSV export and choose where to save it. Copies you export are managed separately by you or your chosen storage provider.
Apple and purchases
Apple handles App Store downloads and payments under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide sales reports and, depending on your sharing settings, app usage and crash reports. These are separate from the app's local task storage.
When you contact us
Eerst is published by Erik van der Werf. If you email info@erikvanderwerf.nl, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and retain correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose or a legal obligation. Do not include private task contents unless necessary. You can contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of your correspondence.
Help with Eerst
Email info@erikvanderwerf.nl for support or privacy questions. For a technical problem, describe what happened and your app and iOS version. Tasks remain local: reinstalling may erase them. Eerst does not send reminder notifications. Recurring tasks return on their fixed schedule after completion; missed occurrences do not accumulate.
